why do I need to create an account?
You only need to create an account on Lovemadds if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your username and a password that you have created. If you are not registered, already have items in your cart, and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “checkout”, and this will automatically direct you to the billing page. At this time, complete the billing information and a password will be sent to you via the email you provided-- in turn you will have a username and password for the next time you visit Lovemadds. (Your user name will be the email address you provided).

 how do I register?
Simply click on “no account yet.. register” and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process.

 how do I shop online?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your shopping bag by clicking the "What's in my shopping bag" button on the left side at the top of the page. Once you are viewing the contents of your cart, you may adjust quantities in your cart by changing the number in the "price" column, and then by clicking the refresh or remove buttons after all quantity adjustments have been made.

 thinking of removing items from your cart?
You may instead want to transfer the items to your wish list for a future purchase. Items that you move to your wish list can later be moved back to your shopping cart, or you can send copies of your wish list to others in hopes of making your wishes come true. Please note, items added to your wish list do not ensure later availability. (You must login to use the wish list feature).

 how do I purchase an e-mailable gift certificate?
Simply select the Gift Certificate within the shop and choose the amount you would like to give your friend. Be sure to provide the information requested (name and email address) so that Lovemadds can immediately e-mail the certificate! It's an awesome present that arrives almost instantly! (A great solution if you just realized your friend's birthday is tomorrow!!)

 which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Transactions are processed through our secure socket layer, SSL, and Authorize.net. This method of shopping online is the industry standard for processing credit cards online.

 shipping and Handling information
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $6. Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and delivery. Order shipments can be upgraded for an additional cost.

  what is your return policy?
If you receive your jewelry and it's not what you expected or you're unhappy with it for any reason, you can return unworn jewelry to us within 21 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. You will be responsible for covering any shipping cost.
